Biography: Samantha Jean Delessio was born on November 7, 1988 to parents Melissa Delessio and Raymond Delessio. Being almost three months premature her parents were told not to worry when she didn't reach the milestones most children did. At 18 months old she was diagnosed with Quad-Spastic Cerebral Palsy. Until the age of 9 Samantha was confined to a wheelchair, from there she moved up step by step to the next piece of equipment offered to her, determined not to let her disability control her. At age 15, Samantha met current TNA superstar Jeff Hardy. Through Delessio's parents despised Hardy, the two began to date shortly after they met. In late April of her junior year, Delessio discovered she was pregnant with Hardy's child. Enraged by this, Delessio's parents not only threw her out of the house, but totally disowned her. On January 7, 2007, Hailey Elizabeth Marie Hardy was born. She like her mother, was born with Quad Spastic Cerebral Palsy. Shortly after her daughter was born, Delessio began taking courses to become a registered nurse. She is currently training to be a TNA Knockout and travel with Jeff, waiting for him to take the next step in their relationship.
